We can accommodate seating for up to 120 for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties, etc. We have a stage and a dance floor if you wish to organise a band, and outside is a large and very pleasant grassed area overlooking the main runway for marquee or outside functions. We are family friendly and children are always welcome.

Catering

Faerie Lass Functions are based on site and can provide all your eating requirements from finger food to a barbeque to a full à la carte meal. Call Tammy on 0407 018 328 to discuss your catering requirements.

Competitive Rates

Club hire rates are competitive with any venue available for hire in Mackay. We are fully airconditioned and the private hall hire cost for a normal evening function will be $220 including GST, full bar service and cleaning. 

Short term casual hire starts at $75 for the first hour then $30 per hour to a maximum of $220.

Corporate Hire.

If your company is looking for a venue for daytime corporate events such as training courses, we can accommodate you as well.  There is ample free parking, and we have all the facilities you will need, including the use of our screen and wireless Internet. 

Standard rate for daily corporate hire is $330 including GST. Use of our digital projector is available at additional cost, and electronic whiteboard can be arranged also at additional cost.
